Pre-Execution Assurance Protocol

The five-step runtime sequence the Semantic Control Plane runs for every governed decision before authorization is emitted into execution. V-RSR is the verification activity performed before the Gate decision; it is not a sixth numbered protocol step.

Why it matters

Connects baseline resolution, interpretation extraction, SDI computation, Gate decision, and evidence capture.

Control relationship

Authorized meaning must remain connected to the meaning operationalized at runtime.

Reasoning Baseline → Runtime Semantic State → SDI → V-RSR → Deterministic Gate. The authority tail is Semantic Authorization → Authorization Emission → Execution Authority. RSSR records the per-execution event and the Semantic Audit Trail preserves it longitudinally.
